Iceland Rocks! A Fiery Saga
This new pemanent exhibit is now open.

A stunning collection of rocks and minerals, permitted for the first time to leave Iceland by the Icelandic Institute of Natural History, were gifted generously to the NIHM by Torsteinn E. Torleifsson and Snjolaug Maria Dagsdorttir.

Crafting the Mosaic:
Celebrating 75 Years of Craft in Manitoba
Held over until January 31, 2012.

This travelling exhibit circulated by the Manitoba Arts Network is a selection of 75 artifacts from the Manitoba Craft Museum profiling the rich history and importance of craft. Each piece was deemed significant for bringing to life an aspect of Manitoba history and culture.
