Tales from the Gimli Hospital
A Re-edited Version with a New Score Created by Composer Matthew Patton & Performed by the Azure String Quartet This classic Guy Maddin film is taken in a very different direction with an ethereal tone that brings Gimli’s storyline and its inhabitants to life in a sublime and unexpected new way.
Special Guests: Visiting Icelandic Composers Johann Johannsson & Atli Heimir Sveinsson will be in attendance.

Celebrate Bolldagur in Gimli
Monday February 20th, Lady of the Lake Theatre.
2pm, Consul General Atli Asmundsson will tell us about Bolludagur, Sprengidagur and Oskudagur traditions in Iceland. A feast of cream puffs and coffee.
